1. What is Ultra Bies?
Ultra Bies is a running event organized by the Ultra-Bies Foundation. It encourages you to chase your dreams and offers several distances to choose from, starting at 10 km and going up to over 130 km.
2. Where and when will Ultra Bies take place?

3. How can I register for Ultra Bies?
Registration for Ultra Bies will be available on our website under the "Registration" section. Follow the instructions to fill out the registration form and make the payment.
4. What distances are available at Ultra Bies?
Ultra Bies offers various distances, including races for children. Detailed information about the available routes can be found on our website under the "Routes" section.
5. Is transportation provided to the race start?
Yes, we provide special bus transportation to the race start for Ultra Bies participants. Bus tickets can be purchased during the race registration process. This is a convenient solution that allows you to reach the starting point comfortably and ensures peace of mind before the competition.
6. Can I receive a VAT invoice for participating in the race?
Yes, it is possible to receive a VAT invoice for participating in the event. To obtain an invoice, please send an email request to: biuro@ultrabies.pl. After receiving such a message, we will issue the invoice within 14 working days. If you need a VAT invoice for your race participation, be sure to send an email to the provided address and provide the necessary details for the invoice, such as your name, address, and tax identification number (NIP) or other company information, if required.
7. What benefits do I receive as an Ultra Bies participant?
Ultra Bies participants will receive an official starter pack (its contents depend on the involvement of sponsors). Additionally, after completing the race, each participant will receive a commemorative medal.
8. Are there time limits for the different distances?
Yes, our event has time limits. Detailed information can be found on the Ultra Bies website under the "Routes" section. Each distance has a specific time limit listed there.
9. Are there refreshment points on all routes?
Yes and no :) Apart from the Przebiegły Leszek route (10 km), every distance has designated refreshment points (their supplies may vary, but at a minimum, water, isotonic drinks, and snacks will be available). 10. Will the race route be marked?
Yes, the race route will be appropriately marked. Additionally, on some challenging sections, volunteers will be present to assist with navigation.
11. Is it possible to change the chosen distance after registration?
Yes, if you wish to change the distance after registration, please contact us through the contact form on the website. We will try to accommodate your request.
12. Will the race be canceled in case of bad weather conditions?
The race will only be canceled in the event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. The decision to cancel will be made in the interest of the safety of all participants.
13. Package Pickup by a Third Party
If a race participant cannot personally pick up their race package and plans to assign this task to another person, please ensure the following conditions are met: The person picking up the package must have a written authorization from the participant, which should be filled out and signed by the participant. The authorization form can be downloaded HERE. The person picking up the package must provide a photocopy or photo of the participant's ID card for identity verification.
14. Mandatory Equipment
Mandatory equipment is required for all participants in every Ultra Bies distance. Ensuring you have the necessary equipment is essential for your safety and comfort during the race. You can find a detailed list of the required equipment on the website under the "Routes" section by clicking on the distance you are interested in.
15. External Assistance on the Course
External assistance is allowed throughout the Ultra Bies race course. Family, friends, and other supporters are welcome to cheer on the runners on the course. Support for participants can come in the form of providing drinks, snacks, equipment, or motivating words from loved ones. However, we encourage participants to use external assistance while respecting other runners and fair play rules. Please ensure that external support does not disrupt the flow of the race or the comfort of other participants.
